Working after late hours !!  Did you come late today? No. Overload? must have joined office after long Holiday? No.. Helping your colleagues? good !! No... Ordering stuff form online ! No..... Oh, madam coming, late night movie, eh !!,  Nahi Yaar  ..... Then why you still sitting at your desktop gadhawu ? This the story of almost every other individuals in their job. But is this situation really exist? or just a made up in Indian corporate house? I might be wrong, hypothetically giving some non-rhetoric analysis and explanations for this late sitting bimaari . Meetings People of top management has a tendency to schedule meeting with HODs in late evening. Interview failure | Unlock the mysteries

Image
I don't really remember how many interviews I have attended in my career so far and most of time never received call back from the HR. Well it was only few times when I was fortunate enough being called again for meeting with next level personnel but the result as usual been negative. Sooner my failure percentage have been touched to ninety five and success rate decreased to single digit only. At times I could not realize, what wrong I did being not selected in such interviews?  And there were no equipment available to analyze the reason for my rejection. But when I started interviewing people myself(very few) I found quite a some generic reason for rejection, although these might very in every other industry. Appearance Its a major factor if you dress-up well and your personality is attractive, especially for women, your chances are really good for getting jobs in sales, marketing and service department. Even, interviewer might ignore your subject knowledge if you have dy...

Reason might be anything to cash crunch, no sales, over staffing, or management goofs etc etc. Just hope for Best! BETTER BOSS Certainly this question makes most team member worried in any field of work. But, you better concentrate to your work instead of making him/her happy all the time. And by any change if you get the your perfect boss??! Well Good Luck then!  OVER BURDEN It’s a phenomena to hand over every task to new joinee? Although, its good to learn the modus operandi through it, but over doing could hamper your main KRA!! Help is good but draw laks...

We were moving ahead straight to Orachha from Gwalior fort but on the way we decided to stay at Jhansi where we had a Army jawan waiting for us. Jhansi is the place where my wife cousin brother has a posting and it was first time ever we visited him with his small family of wife and a gal kid. It was Independence day( Jai Bharat ) week so we asked the couple to come along with us for state journey. But due to busy schedules only his wife and kid got ready to accompany us for further wheel safari. And after a short breakfast we all ready to launch our sightseeing at fort.  Ready Packing 😙 Jhansi fort was not as big structure compare to Gwalior fort and was less crowdy. Its all about a few palaces and gardens surrounded by outside walls. A small and big metal cannon were also placed on the premises of fort. It has a radio broadcasting station inside and also a museum outside where once could find the various collection of historical items and accessories. wanna buy modern ...

We had a plan to see our sister-in-law in the month of Nov on their marriage anniversary but due to some medical emergency could not make it happen. Eventually in the end of December we got the time so left for their home in Kalagarh and reached their by 11 at night. Saali ke Home !! 😍😍 It was only in the morning we met the other family member at the breakfast table. After a little chit-chat we asked them about any nearby place to go by. Kalagarh Dam was the option available and sasurji called the operation staff but it was closed for general public as some VIP movements was scheduled for the day. Huhh !! 😏😏 We didn't plan for long holiday and only had two days to stay more. Nainital which is around 150 KM was one of the decent hangout destination in the range for us. After initial no-no we convinced sali's jethje family to come along and around 11 o'clock we started our short trip in their SUV towards the destination. SUV Enjoyment !! 😉😎 Our first s...
